The service

DataFoxy offers simple tools that help you make sense of your data. We may change, add or discontinue features or tools at any time.

Using our tools

Use our tools only for lawful purposes and only with data you are entitled to use. Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You keep full ownership of the data you upload. We use it only to provide the tool you requested, as described in the privacy policy.

Third-party information

Lunch Discovery shows restaurant information such as menus and prices, which may change without notice. Always confirm the details with the restaurant. DataFoxy is not involved in your orders. DataFoxy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.

No warranty

The tools are provided as-is and as available. We do our best to keep results accurate and the service online, but we cannot guarantee that they are always correct, complete or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DataFoxy is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tools.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
